❤️ How long does shipping take?
USA orders take usually 7-14 days.
Other International orders take 2-4 weeks.

❤️ When will my order ship?
The current processing time is 2-7 days. If you order custom scripts, it takes more.

❤️ Why isn't the tracking number updated?
When orders arrive in USA, your tracking number is updated.
It usually takes 5 business days.

❤️ My order was shipped but hasn't arrived, What happened?
Usually, Most of orders arrive within shipping time, but sometimes there is a delay. After shipping started, if you have’t received your order after this time(United States : about a month /  other countries : about two months), please contact me.

We are not responsible for untracked shipping.

❤️ Will I have to pay custom tax?
Buyer is responsible for any customs tax and additional fees.
Please keep in mind we do not have any responsibility for
custom tax and all matters related to custom.

New releases will go up on Friday’s at 9 am PST.
